Final Project: Cherokee County Housing Authority
We were tasked with writing a project proposal stating what we wanted to produce for our final project. The project was open-ended; however, we had to include three of the main initiatives from projects we were given prior. We were given two and a half weeks to complete the project.
Initiatives I chose:
1) Three different viewports
2) Use components with styles (colors and fonts)
3) Two modes (English and Spanish)
My goal was to create a prototype of what the Cherokee County Housing Authority's website would look like if their housing resources were showcased on a website rather than on a PDF.
I wanted to include three different viewports, utilize components, create a style guide (with colors and fonts) and incorporate two different modes. A mode for English, and a mode for Spanish.

Variables 2 Assignment: Timely
The goal of this assignment was to teach us how to use the modes function in Figma.
We were instructed to create 2 sections, one for light mode and one for dark mode. The intent was for us to be able to drag the designs section to section and their modes change accordingly.
Each of our designs had to adapt to 3 viewports, had to have cards with auto layout, and the cards had to have at least 3 elements within them.

UI Aesthetics Assignment: 4 Designs
For this assignment, we were given different designs from Dribble as reference. We were supposed to create new designs in the style of the example; however, we could not create their same design.
Additionally, like all of our assignments, we had to make sure that any text/background combinations met WCAG AA accessibility guidelines.
My designs are on the left, the references are on the right.
