Project 2: Realism
These are pictures from my Realism Assignment. We were instructed to pick a real-life topic and draw it. The topic I chose was how the world perceives addicts and troubled children. This was drawn from a picture of boys from a boys' home. At this school, every child has some sort of behavioral or drug problem; however, when you look at these boys, they look very put together and not like addicts. This is because of the way society has in imprinted image of what an addict and troubled person should look like that is completely fabricated.
